I'm Rhonda Swan, and welcome to the Wall Street Minute. Today, we're walking down Wall Street with David Rojas, the founder and visionary of Blue Castle Ventures, a company redefining trust and performance in the financial world.

David Rojas 0:12

Well, Bluecastle has always been like an incubator of projects. So right now, like the tendency that we see in the market or the trend is that in the next five years, biotech is gonna take off really high.

Rhonda Swan 0:23

So, what is Bluecastle doing now with Evo Labs?

David Rojas 0:26

Well, we are crafting treatments coded to you. That's the idea. That it's not a solution for everybody; it's just to you. Whatever helps you cannot help anybody else.

Rhonda Swan 0:36

Bluecastle is helping to restore leadership through generational wealth building across multiple platforms,

David Rojas 0:41

we have been doing a big change in finance, like teaching people the things that are right for them, and just how we have crafted things for them financially. Now we're going to craft things for them in the health space.

Rhonda Swan 0:54

Thank you for watching the Wall Street Minute.

The Rhonda Swan Show: Wake Up NY Edition

Rhonda Swan 0:11

Welcome back to the Rhonda Swan Show. Wake Up New York City edition. We are here on Wall Street, and you know what we're doing? We are talking today to David Rojas, David is a visionary entrepreneur. He's an investor, and he's the founder of Blue Castle Ventures, which is a global holding company connecting finance, biotechnology, and innovation across the Americas. He's also the founder and CEO of EvoCraft Labs, a groundbreaking biotech venture focused on extending human longevity and performance through his work, David is now refining how we approach health, wealth, and human potential. Let's go meet David and dig right in. David, welcome back to the show. So awesome to be here back in New York City. I literally just flew from LA and I was so hot, and now I'm like, what? It's so cold, but you're like. No,

David Rojas 1:03

we just tried it. It's perfect weather. Actually, yeah, autumn is my favorite season.

Rhonda Swan 1:08

Well, what? Because in Alberta, it's what is the temperature now?

David Rojas 1:11

Ah, well, in degrees Celsius, like I don't know, 17

Rhonda Swan 1:15

or something.

David Rojas 1:16

I don't have no part.

Rhonda Swan 1:17

Well, it's definitely not that cold here yet, but it is. The conversation is always heating up because I I always love talking with you not only about what what you've been up to with Bluecastle because Bluecastle is always covering so many different angles like right now you're not only a multinational ecosystem across finance biotech real estate so what actually has inspired you to create such a model like that because you know you started heavily in finance, and now you're starting to branch out. How is that connected under one vision?

David Rojas 1:45

I have always believed, and it's been the vision of Blue Castle, that we can develop several verticals to serve people, so to give them solutions, like they can find everything in one space, like you said. And my vision always was like to bring the finance Part housing, part health, food, and finally energy, which is the most expensive one. I think that will be the last. Yeah, but it's it's a market that is not being tapped in yet. But so

Rhonda Swan 2:13

your big one now you're moving into is like so because you've always been finance, right? Blue Castle, and so now yeah. So what's what's happening now with Evocrack Labs? Because you and I were talking, we look a little different than we did the last show. I should show a clip of our last interviews. We, our bodies, our faces, our health-they

David Rojas 2:29

have changed. They've changed. We have improved. Yeah, we have been experimenting with stem cells and different treatments, and also we have the help of AI right now. It's really good on processing information really fast and maybe catch things that doctors maybe miss sometimes because they see like everything is perfect with you but they don't see the details, so that's what we have been tapping in, and we have developed a portfolio where people can just you know get their solution so their bodies run efficiently. Okay. Yeah, no, like no need of using maybe some drugs that can affect you.

Speaker 2 3:05

Right.

David Rojas 3:05

Just see and tap what is your potential that you haven't kind of discovered.

Rhonda Swan 3:09

So all right. So let's talk more about this because what I did, and I know that this is something that you are working on too, is that we look at what's going on within our body and we take these tests and then we start to create this, what is it like a matching or like a bioidentical kind of performance? And and like, are you working on hormones? Like, what are you working with? Like peptides?

David Rojas 3:31

Everything combined. Like, it's a solution that we're gonna deliver to people, like like a subscription to put it that way, to put in your home whatever you need every month to run perfectly. And also, we have some focus on if you want to be more athletic, if you want to be more active, if you want to, you know, different solutions. In my case, for example, all my tests will come back perfectly, but I didn't know that I was kind of in the higher part of insulin

Rhonda Swan 3:57

resistance. That's exactly that line.

David Rojas 4:00

Very small thing that didn't allow me to achieve my goal, despite the fact that I was hitting iron really, really hard for many years, and now I have seen the results finally.

Rhonda Swan 4:10

And this is what's so interesting because a lot of people don't know that, right? Like, so here I am. I'm 52, so I'm going through this whole, you know, 52 perimenopause into menopause. Our bodies are changing, but I'm a worker, so I was having a lot of stress hormones, right? So cortisol is dumping in; it's kicking out resistance or insulin, which is making my body resistance. We start to get fluffy, I always call it. And but the moment we get back on track, we start allowing our body to start working. It changes everything.

David Rojas 4:37

You start aging backwards. You start aging

Rhonda Swan 4:39

backwards, and that's what now. So with with with Evo, that's really now what you guys are are not only supporting. Is it to all countries, or you are you in not only Canada, North America? Where are you? How are you serving and expanding in the different countries?

David Rojas 4:54

Well, our hope is going to be Florida. Okay, but everything regarding treatments is going to be Colombia. Because it's cheaper, but the quality of shipments and people is way higher. Okay, so so you have a the idea is to fly people. Ah, so like the Mary Holiday stuff. Okay, Colombian Mary Holiday. Yeah, if you need like something that is more invasive, to put it that way, or or like deeper, we can bring you there if it's stem cells or things like that. But the idea is that like we have the hopper in the states, but we can serve the world. So we can send you like a kid with your things, and then you know what you need, and and then you run. So

Rhonda Swan 5:32

let's say if someone's in America or they're in Canada, they can get the you a little kid. You do the test, then you start matching, creating. You can send it to them, or they can come down to Toronto. Yeah,

David Rojas 5:42

and we send you whatever you need every month.

Rhonda Swan 5:44

Wow! All right, I love that. All right, so let's talk a little bit more about. You often speak about like bridging science and finance, right, to accelerate human progress. So, how is Blue Castle Ventures achieving that in more practical terms? Then,

David Rojas 5:56

well, we always have focus on finance first because from finance you can fund every single research you you want. For example, right now we we are practically inheriting 50 years of research from a very famous science scientist. Unfortunately, he passed away kind of recently. But it was because the government was not funding his, and he was nominated for the Nobel Prize, it's something that you like. Why? But we took interest because we see the potential on that. And the idea, hopefully, is maybe trigger or target some treatments, for example, for cancer or other things that are cool to you. The problem right now is that it's a solution for many people, but we are so different. Even even twins, they seem to be identical, but they are not. Every organism is absolutely different. So the idea is to code those things to you, so your kit cannot be used for anybody else. Wow,

Rhonda Swan 6:51

I love this. This is so cool, and I mean, having it under one umbrella is such a such a big thing, right? So looking ahead, what is your long-term vision and your mission for lovely Blue Castle, but Evilcraft Labs, and how are you envision the impact on society over the next decade?

David Rojas 7:08

Well, the idea is to improve the quality of life of people with real solutions. Yeah, there is a lot of noise in the markets with different things. We have done a great job educating people through finance, but right now we really want to serve people, like giving them better solutions for their for their health. Yeah. Then and we are very good at Blue Castle in identifying trends. So in the next five years, whoever comes with solutions like this is gonna take up take off really high.

Speaker 3 7:34

Wow!

David Rojas 7:35

Like this is the moment to do

Rhonda Swan 7:36

it. I love it. So how are people able to not only learn more about Evo Labs, but also like, are you looking for capital? Are you raising capital? Like, what is the the overall business model right now, and the needs you have? But how can people be part of it?

David Rojas 7:49

Yeah, right now we are setting up one of maybe a Reg D or Rex here. We're gonna see. Okay. We always do it through the proper channels. We are receiving a license in Chile, like it's like a banking license. Okay. We maybe also launch like tokenization of these projects. Fantastic. So we are very, very kind of keen on finding the right licensing and the right and creative ways

Rhonda Swan 8:13

too, right? I mean, you just have tokenization like that is such a big thing right now, right? Like you're creating these unbelievable centers in Colombia, Chile, where people can get their medical. But now imagine tokenizing a whole project. Exactly. You're giving people the piece of it. They, you know, like this is the way of the future.

David Rojas 8:30

I was always very against crypto. You know that because there is no collateral. Yeah. But tokenization is a different thing. There is a vertical. There is something that you can. I only know two companies in the states that do these things. One is with art, and others are well known with real estate. Yeah. So we're following the same lead.

Rhonda Swan 8:49

Yeah. Well, I mean, it's perfect conversation here on Wall Street, right? Obviously, everyone's looking for different new ways to not only invest, but to invest in those that are bringing the new wave of our future. And so, where can they find Evo in Blue Castle right now?

David Rojas 9:03

So right now, you can just go to BluecastleVentures.ca. Okay, that's one. EvoCrafts. We're building the site because we're finishing with all their products. But soon you're gonna hear from us.

Rhonda Swan 9:13

Okay, well, stay tuned. Keep watching. Keep looking because what Bluecastle does, and you know, we've been talking for about five years, well, we have a history of what's been going on with Blue Castle, and every time David Rojas, they're always at the edge, always at the front, and helping people build in and learn new ways to invest, new ways to generally change your life, but to grow and to to make the world a better place.

David Rojas 9:36

Yeah, no, I'm happy that we have been growing in a very positive manner, and we are able to teach people how to identify the good things and the bad things.

Rhonda Swan 9:43

That's it. That's it. Well, let's do it. All right, guys. Well, I can't wait to see you on the next episode. Make sure you follow David Rojas along with Blue Castle Ventures and Evil Labs, and we'll see you next time. Let's check in.

Rhonda Swan 0:10

Well, David, welcome to LA and welcome to the show again.

David Rojas 0:15

Thank you very much for inviting me.

Rhonda Swan 0:16

It's so good to have you. We have been, I think, speaking Wall Street, New York, outside Wall Street in the freezing cold. Now we're here in LA in Beverly Hills, but we're talking about a different topic, and we're bringing health now into our conversation. We usually talk about wealth, wealth building, how to create generational wealth, but now we're talking about health. And so let's talk about what evocraft Labs is doing. I know that you are literally ready to launch. You are in funding, capital raising mode. Talk about evocraft labs. And what are you guys up to? And then we're going to dig into engineering vitality.

David Rojas 0:53

Well, evocraft Labs is a facility in which we're developing cutting edge technology to code treatments for you. Okay, so we have all the information from you, we analyze it with AI, and believe it or not, AI is the best tool for analyzing information more accurately, faster than a regular doctor. So I think in the future, doctors will have a hard time competing with that.

Rhonda Swan 1:19

Well, okay, so this is brilliant, because you're not only now taking you so you take their blood work, and then you allow AI then to analyze the results. Is that? Right? And then evocraft labs, then, is what creating, whether, whether it's hormones or peptides, right? Is that?

David Rojas 1:36

Yeah, stem cells, everything cells, because we analyze everything that your body needs, and depending on the goal you have, because we have different products. We have different programs. Some people just want to feel better. Some people want to build muscle. We have even one for bodybuilders, female bodybuilders. So we have even those exact programs without the use of steroids. So that will be a game changer, because that will be coded for you.

Rhonda Swan 2:02

Wow. So David, you often talk about engineering vitality. What does that actually mean, right? Because I think right now peptides and and stem cells and our bioidentical like hormones, like, obviously, I, you know, woman of 52 right? This is all coming up. It's so new. It really is. It's, you know, been peeking around for probably a decade, but now it's really becoming at the top. So what does engineering vitality actually mean?

David Rojas 2:28

Actually, peptides have been about 100 years already. Makes them the first one, I think it was insulin, right? So right now what we're doing is just taking all that information and measuring it. Because if you don't measure this, you're just only collecting good habits, changing your diet, just changing of lifestyle. But we have this mem. We call it mem. It's kind of a process. So we measure it. First, we understand what is, what is not functioning. Then we engineer, that's the second letter we engineer the solution for you and that we maintain. So what we do, and our goal is that you can be sitting at home having a subscription, and we just send you everything you need to your house.

Rhonda Swan 3:13

Wow. So are you using, like, what they're called, compounding pharmacies. Is that? What that is, where you're, like, literally creating your, like, a solution in one little tablet, right?

David Rojas 3:24

Yeah, actually, we are

Rhonda Swan 3:24

Or are you doing injectables?

David Rojas 3:26

both, but obviously, in the beginning, we will try with, you know, orals, because, yeah, with a needle or something, it's not that easy for everybody. But the most important part is that we're not just a startup, because we have acquired 50 years of investigation from Manuel Elkin Pat Arroyo, he was the one who discovered the vaccine for malaria, and they have lots of like a 44,000 library of peptides investigations. They even have a research right now about how to code a cancer treatment for each person. So that's why we where we met our views and we united so we acquire all 50 years of the research from them.

Rhonda Swan 4:08

Well, you know, I think most people think that anti aging is like supplements, and it's completely different. And I know you and I actually share a common experience. I feel like you and I have a parallel lives, like we're getting our our bodies back in check, right? Like I lost 59 pounds in a year,

David Rojas 4:31

just like me. You look so young. 52 about like, no, no way, right? No way, yeah,

Rhonda Swan 4:37

52 years old, But it's because of these peptides. It's because of hormones. It reverses our age, because what happens like we start to get in our 40s, and slowly, we're progressively getting older, but society is accepting that we don't have to accept that anymore. No, we have enough technology and enough research that can really help us laterally, live longer, but more healthier and vitality

David Rojas 5:00

And also well, the body has different systems, and those systems don't age at the same time, and we kind of discover, or rediscover the longevity operating system of the body, so we tweak that so you can decide how you age, because it's all about a choice, and that's about freedom, if you don't have strength to move when you're in 80s or 90s. And, you know, I come from the financial sector, and I think my customers, they reach 50, 60, years old, wealthy. I help a lot of people reach their financial goals, but then they cannot enjoy it. Yeah, so that's not fair.

Rhonda Swan 5:33

You know, you, you spoke on stage just this last weekend on the wild X stage, but you shared a story that it really hit home. You said that your grandfather, right? Super wealthy, very smart man, yeah. Body gave up, yeah.

David Rojas 5:51

When he was dying, the father of my mother, he was frustrated because the last thing that went was his mind, and he was just like in the last hour that he was about to pass, he wanted to do so many things. He said, like, I have so many plans, so many things that I that I didn't do. Yeah, but talking about business, not about traveling or no regrets, he was just kept going. He had strength in his mind, but he said, my body is betraying me, yeah, and this is not fair, and I'm frustrated. I don't want to die. I'm not ready.

Rhonda Swan 6:22

Oh can you imagine having what you have now with evocraft labs for your grandfather, right? And that's something that I believe everyone deserves to understand. Like there are now new developments in technology. These are not artificial peptides and stem cells. Your body makes this. It just stops making it when you get older, right? And we deserve to be healthy into to be able to see our children. And I think our grandparents, we should start living now into our late hundreds,

David Rojas 6:47

and something really important sometimes when we have a gap in the family, like, for example, oh, we don't call grandpa anymore or anything, is because they cannot do the same things we do. So for example, I'm very proud to say that not long ago, I was training with my dad. He's 75 years old, and now my trainer was impressed, like, your dad can just endure the same train that you do, like, what's wrong with you? He was saying, like, what's wrong with me? He's 75. He still can do that. So I was very proud of it, because he says always, he's also a scientist, so he has been, always very aware of his body and doing what we're doing now, but in his way. So he's doing his own research and whatnot. He collaborates with us sometimes, but, yeah, you this like a problem, and he doesn't look 75 at all. He looks like 50 something. Well, see that all by himself,

Rhonda Swan 7:33

is that right? So he's not even working with you. And, yeah, okay, he does all right, yeah.

David Rojas 7:39

But he has, like, he's been doing this, like, for 15 or 20 years already, taking care of himself, like, not wanting like, happened to him? What happened to Well, in that time, his father in law? Yeah, yeah.

Rhonda Swan 7:52

Well, I love the work that you're doing, Dave, it's always awesome to not only meet you in different places, but now. So what's next? So evocraft. You're in capital raise. You're in, you're in raise phase right now. How much you guys looking to raise? Let's start

David Rojas 8:07

about 25 mil. Okay, so that's why we do and the facilities opening up in Colombia, yes, because it's easier to research and develop over there, because from there, we can create legislation for what we're doing here in the United States, we're also working to get FDA approvals. Actually, the FDA opened a window last month. So right, yeah. So now we can do this type of research, but for now, just research, yeah, but our goal is that we can treat people back in Colombia, or eventually we can send you the kit with your things. I love it.

Rhonda Swan 8:41

I love it. I love everything you do. I mean, obviously, you know, blue castles also change people's lives. And now we can not only work on our wealth and be healthy to enjoy the wealth,

David Rojas 8:51

because in the future, like health will be your biological wealth, yes.

Rhonda Swan 8:55

So I love that. Yes, your health is your biological wealth. Coin. Now Wendy needs a trademark, and now, before this thing goes live, your health is your biological wealth.

David Rojas 9:04

That's a true wealth, because if you're bedridden, you cannot work like you can go broke, but if you don't have any health, how are you gonna get out? Yeah, and get it done again. Yeah, that's it.

Rhonda Swan 9:15

Well, thanks for being here. I'm super excited to, not only, you know, have this on USA Today's network, but also Fox five LA Weekly. We are shifting what's going on in California one interview at a time. So guys, please watch. Keep a watch out for EVO craft labs launch. Follow Dave row. He's on Instagram. You are all over social media as well. But more importantly, like, let's really get down to business and get healthy and get our biological wealth taken. Let's chew it. Thanks, buddy. See you guys next time, don't forget to be unstoppable and stay wild. You.
