Stephanie is a master Reiki practitioner, a holotropic breathwork practitioner, and started her first business (an MLM business) at the age of 19 – where she broke numerous international awards in her first year. She has been a high level competitive athlete (dodgeball canada) and volunteered her time on a variety of boards and charities including TedX and the Children’s Wish Foundation. Stephanie is an alumni of the Alpha Gamma Delta sorority, and was nominated for the YMCA Young Women of Distinction Award in 2017.
