OSP Training Academy is the first of it’s kind. Erin revolutionized the work from home industry with her teaching on how to become a virtual assistant / online service provider. Often imitated, never duplicated. Erin did not learn from another VA Coach, many coaches will take programs, turn around, and teach the content as their own. Erin’s blueprint is the original that has since been imitated many times over within the VA industry. Erin spent many years climbing the corporate ladder, working alongside prominent figures and entrepreneurs. This experience sets her apart from many others in her industry, as not only does she teach from personal experience, but she also has the wisdom and knowledge of helping others run their successful businesses. She is a seasoned, experienced mentor. Erin has been very open with her various struggles, both past and present. She struggled with alcohol addiction that almost dismantled her future. She overcame an eating disorder that almost killed her. She experienced a near death accident that caused her to experience PTSD and depersonalization. She still struggles with anxiety. She has been able to take all of these experiences and use them to not only create a better life for herself, but to help others who might be going through something similar. Erin has been able to retire her longtime boyfriend from his own corporate job so that the two of them can travel and live a nomadic lifestyle. They are passionate about sharing their story so that other couples and families may be able to learn how to do the same. Erin didn’t listen when they told her: “Go to school. Get a job. Save your money. Retire. THEN start living the good life.” Instead, she asked, “What if there was a way to do all those things NOW?” She left the “good job” on the “right path” because she knew she was meant for more! Her mission is to show other women how to wake up excited every day, never sacrificing their health, happiness, or life’s purpose to follow the conventional life path.
