Other roles included Customer Service partnership, outsource partnership, regional process improvement planning, trend management, program management, channel engagement, providing guidance to the business, and integrating insights into initiatives.

I set the bar high for the entire team, and as a result, I have assembled a group of the most talented leaders in the field. My team includes a global network of remote employees, allowing me to bring diverse ideas and points of view to the Agency and uncover winning and best-in-class solutions for my clients. I firmly believe in hiring people who are better and smarter than myself, and I’m often amazed at the team I’ve put together.
Raised in a diverse background by a single mother of 6 kids, I know what it takes to overcome struggles and unlock your potential. Integrity is the backbone of Deviate, and I’m a true believer in loyalty, building trust, and communication in personal and business relationships.
In addition to business and entrepreneurship, I have also had the opportunity to mentor startups and undergraduates from the University of California, Irvine. You will find me volunteering in the community and contributing to multiple charitable organizations within Los Angeles, Orange County, and Globally during my free time. For the last few years, I have been honored to serve as a Breast Cancer Board member.
